LIFESTYLE VISION

What makes the ReZoom lens so different?
First, the ReZoom™ lens is a true multifocal intraocular lens (or IOL), and its Balanced View Optics™ Technology provides full-range vision. This means that the ReZoom lens literally has multiple focal points so that one may see well under a variety of lighting conditions and at various distances.

How do I know if the ReZoom lens is right for me?
If you are diagnosed with cataracts at any stage and are experiencing one or more of the following symptoms, you may be a good candidate for the ReZoom Multifocal lens:
Will I still need to wear glasses with ReZoom?
The results vary depending upon your vision, lifestyle, and the anatomy of your eyes.  Most people can conduct many of their day’s activities without depending on glasses.  In the cases studied, 92% of those who received the technology in ReZoom Multifocal lenses “never” or only “occasionally” needed to wear glasses.

How does the ReZoom Multifocal lens replace the cataract?
The natural, cataract-impaired lens inside the eye is gently removed through a small micro-incision in the periphery of your eye’s cornea, and the IOL is permanently inserted in its place.  The procedure usually takes about 15 minutes, and vision is usually improved immediately.

How long after surgery until I see my best?
Like most procedures, this depends upon the overall health of your eyes.  For most people, vision is noticeably better immediately and continues to improve during the first several weeks after surgery.
