Front Desk

Receptionist- Bright, professional person with excellent communication skills to greet patients and answer telephones. Full-time position but will consider an exceptional person for part-time employment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Duties include answering phones, filing, and scheduling appointments. Some computer and data-entry skills are required for this position. Full-time position but will consider an exceptional person for part time employment.

LPN/Clinical Assistants

This position involves assisting the ophthalmologists and optometric physicians in the clinic area. Full-time position but will consider an exceptional person for part-time employment. Must be a professional, energetic individual. Experienced prefered, but will train an exceptional individual.

Ophthalmic Technician

Previous experience is necessary. Professionalism and competence is essential. Must be energetic individual with excellent communication skills. Full-time employment.

Nurses

OR RN and scrub technician - There are excellent career opportunities for nurses at our rapidly expanding surgical facility. The Rand Surgical Pavilion is certified by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for the State of Florida. The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) accredits the Rand Surgical Pavilion. We have consistently achieved "zero deficiency status" on our JCAHO surveys. Full-time and part-time positions are available for experienced candidates.

Surgical Counselors

We are looking for an alert individual with an exceptionally professional demeanor to assist patients with the processes involved with scheduling their surgical procedures. Must be a true patient advocate. Will schedule surgery and coordinate preoperative testing. Will counsel patients about the surgical experience and explain insurance and financial aspects of the planned surgery. Must have exceptional communication skills and really care about people.

Medical Billing Clerk

Position available to motivated, self-starters with Medicare billing and compliance experience. Computer and phone skills necessary to qualify for this excellent position.
